Data protection in road management

Contract has just signed for the data protection of a governmental institute last Friday. The purpose of the project is to support economical operation of the institute utilizing all features of ISeeSec v3 such as activity monitoring, control, managing protection profiles, reports on 150 clients.

The development of ISeeSec 3.5 has started in July 2005 relaying on the experience of implementation projects and continuous operation at several types of customers. New version focuses more on Chief Security Officers' point of view, keeping consideration ofIT aspects as well. ISeeSec 3.5 is not only to combine functions of 3.0, but also provides other useful features and a brand new user interface.
First project in energy industry has finished sucessfully

Megatrend 2000 Inc., the manufacturer of ISeeSec has closed its project at Paks Nuclear Power Plant after 7.5 month as it was planned. The implementation of ISeeSec has carried out together with an IT security audit. The aim of the project is to protect business data covering 140 individual softwares over and above Oracle, SAP R/3 and Microsoft products.

ISeeSec is honoured with the annually given prize which is registered in Hungary and realized meaningful and very profitable innovation in the previous year. Hungarian Innovation Grand Prize was given to Megatrend 2000 Rt. by Kálmán Kovács, Minister of Informatics and Communications. The Hungarian Association for Innovation as a professional and employer's business federation focuses its activities on the economy stimulating role of innovation. It was established by 30 member institutes in 1990.

ISeeSec to improve governmental security

An ISeeSec implementation project has finished at a Hungarian governmental organization. ISeeSec's job is to give advanced protection to the state secrets located either in Microsoft Office files or in databases. The entire feature available in ISeeSec is used, including file, application and data output channels' protection.
